Paulette joined Silicon Beach Talent in 2018, where she runs all research, project management operations, and marketing for the SBT executive search team.

Prior to SBT she was the Chief of Staff to the CMO and VP of Marketing/Communications at Faraday Future where she was instrumental in driving brand development, marketing strategy, and event coordinating. Her responsibility required cross collaborating with marketing, sales, engineering, and leadership to execute research and growth strategies for the company.

Earlier in her career, Paulette was one of the first brand ambassadors of Tesla, providing a premium experience to customers and VIPs.  Shortly after, she joined the Design Studio People team and focused on employee experience, onboarding programming, and candidate tour experiences for potential new recruits. She also led customer experiences for VIP’s and celebrity clientele and was heavily involved in supporting all Tesla corporate and private events at the studio.
